Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 business business days. 

Fierce Sparkle is not responsible for lost, damage, or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to follow and track the package and if necessary to file a claim with the chosen shipping carrier for loss, damage or theft. Should a package be returned to our facility, we will reship and advise the customer. We are not responsible for any delays with the Postal or Delivery service.

Due to Covid 19 many shipping carriers have been experiencing delays. Please understand that this is outside of our control. Once your package leaves our facility there is nothing we can do to expedite the process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.  

 

Internationally Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States. Please check back often, as we intend to ship worldwide in the near future.
